Do you make racks to custom sizes?

Yes. Specifications that cannot be met by our extensive selection of racks can be made to order.

What stains do you offer?

We offer oak, cherry, mahogany, and black stains.

Will the cork stay wet?

Yes. The corks will stay wet because the bottles sit evenly.

Do I put the racks together myself?

Yes. You will perform some assembly. A cordless screwdriver and the included hardware is all that you need.

How long does assembly take?

Small racks should take less than 10 minutes to assemble. Large racks can take up to 30 minutes per rack.

Should I anchor my wine rack to the wall?

Yes. Wine can be heavy. Attach your racking to a wall to avoid tipping. Use your own technique, or follow these instructions.

(1) Place the rack at the installation location so the back is even with the wall. Locate a wall stud behind the rack. Drive wood 2½" screws through a back connector and attach the rack to the stud.

(2) Shim the rack to level, then use "L" brackets (available from any hardware store) and attach them to both the rack and the wall, selecting locations out-of-sight on the rack for mounting. Use of a bubble level will yield the best results.


Can I hang my wine rack on a wall?

No. Our racks are engineered as standing floor units. Feasibly, our products can be wall-mounted. Please be aware that the alterations necessary for wall-mounting will void the lifetime guarantee protecting the products.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or UPS Air service. If your order is too large for ground service, we will ship it via commercial freight or work with you to secure a suitable alternative.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship same business day, before 6pm MST. Once shipped you will get your order in 2 to 5 business days based on your location. For a more accurate reference, check out our shipping map.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free from Wine Racks America! You are given options to expedite shipping in your cart. Those costs will be calculated and shown to you then.

What if damage is incurred while shipping?

Visit our contact page and describe the problem. We attempt to handle shipping errors directly with the shipping agent. Rest assured that all support issues will be attended to as quickly as possible.

Can I make my order a gift?

Yes. Gift options are available at checkout. Your items will be sent with plain packaging and no price information.

What is your return policy?

All of our products have our 30-day money back guarantee. You can return standard products for any reason. The returned product must be unaltered by the customer, and in new or near-new condition, with the original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% for orders that have already shipped. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returned merchandise.

How do I return a package?

To schedule a return, visit our contact page to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please clearly mark the return package with your RA#. Packages received at our warehouse without an RA# will be returned to the sender. Please send all return merchandise to:

Can I cancel whenever?
