Cellar Sales Specialist

Reporting to the General Manager, the Cellar Sales Specialist is responsible for developing new business and support our existing customers for our rapidly growing company. The individual should be an accomplished sales executive in a similar industry. We are an all-in-one online wine cellar design, build and ship company, making us the premier one stop cellaring shop, supported by our trusted partners in the wine industry, offering not only wood wine racks, but also cooling systems, cellar doors and metal wine racks.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Cellar Sales Specialist is responsible for developing new business and support our existing customers for our rapidly growing company. The individual should be an accomplished sales executive in a similar industry. We have a dynamic, growing organization that values teamwork, accountability, sense of urgency, communication with the utmost focus on exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver monthly and annual individual sales objectives in support of company growth goals.
  • Work daily lead flow and maintain a high conversion rate.
  • Facilitate development of cellar designs, collaborate between customer and cellar design staff
  • Work effectively with cross-functional team – marketing, design services, finance, customer service, product
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of WRA product lines, unique value proposition and sell our competitive advantage.
  • Understand competitive landscape and market dynamics.
  • Execute and convert “warm” leads while opening and developing new customers and end-markets.
  • Stay current with selling tools and systems, including Salesforce CRM.
  • Maintain focus on profitable sales growth.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant sales experience in comparable industry. Sales experience in wine storage a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to act independently with minimal oversight.
  • Solid team player with a sense of ownership and pride in performance and it’s related impact on a company’s success.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

Weekly day range: Monday to Friday

Location: In-person. North Salt Lake, UT 84054. Relocate before starting work (Required)
