Customer Support Manager

The Customer Support Manger owns the success of the WRA CS team and is an essential piece to the Wine Racks America business. This role requires knowledge of multiple systems and processes, attention to detail, dependability, and focus towards our customers.

Role Overview:

The Customer Support Manger owns the success of the WRA CS team and is an essential piece to the Wine Racks America business. This role requires knowledge of multiple systems and processes, attention to detail, dependability, and focus towards our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service and support to our customers through email, chat and the phone
  • Oversee - train and own the success of the support team
  • Over the phone sales (small one off racks)
  • Liaison for the sales team and their clients
  • Coordinate delivery with large clients (manage back-orders & irregularities)-Freight orders
  • Manage tracking information in our ERP system. (Acumatica)
  • Check 3rd party selling platforms for customer inquiries (E-commerce manager)
  • Restock sample kits, led kits, bottle tags
  • Help respond to complaints from customers
  • Timely shipping with 3rd party items
  • Manage and submit fixits, include photos and file claims if needed. Make sure they are correct and shipped on time
  • Follow up on unassisted cooling unit orders
  • Backup for the warehouse- shipping labels and info packs

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to act independently with minimal oversight.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

Weekly day range: Monday to Friday and weekends as needed

Location: In-person. North Salt Lake, UT 84054. Relocate before starting work (Required)
