10 to 15% Commission
We pay 10% to 15% commission on every customer sale generated by you. The commission amount varies between 10 to 15% depending on which products are purchased. It is never less than 10%. Commissions are calculated from the subtotal amount of the purchase, which does not include shipping or sales tax.
Automated Sale Notification
Each time you make a sale, you can choose to be notified by email. You can also check on your real-time sales stats by logging in to your affiliate account.
Lifetime Recurring commissions
Each time a customer places an order, our affiliate system matches the customer's name, address and other fields (as far back as 2003). If they are a previous customer and were originally referred by your affiliate link, you receive 5% commission on the sale.
We do this forever! It makes our affiliate program the best income opportunity compared to other wine rack sites. (Fact: Approx 30% of our traffic comes from repeat business. Customers remain loyal for years.)
365 Day Cookie & IP Tracking
When you refer visitors, we cookie them with a 1 year cookie and track the IP
number. Many users delete cookies within approximatley one month or sooner. Together
with the IP#, we've done all we can to make sure you get credit. If you refer
a visitor who later is referred by a different affiliate before purchasing, the
newest affiliate gets credit for the sale.
SubAffiliates
If a visitor you refer joins our affiliate partner program, they are tracked
as your 'subaffiliate'. You receive upto 5% of any sales the subaffiliate generates.
Subaffiliate sales are shown in your Commission reports with the label 'Level
2'.
Payout Monthly, PayPal or Check
We pay only affiliate accounts with a balance over $50. Commissions checks are run, printed and mailed on the 5th of every month. You may choose PayPal as a payment option, but we still require your physical mailing address.
Sales alert emails and real-time stats
You'll be notified by email of commissions earned the instant a purchase is made. By the time the customer is looking at their receipt, the sale is reported in your account (i.e. real-time). Your commission reports also show you earnings from sub-affiliates.
Links, banners and promotional resources
Within your account, you can generate your affiliate links. There's banners, product splashes and simple text links, or you can make your own.
Dealer signup reward
In addition to receiving commissions on visitors who decide to also become an affiliate, you may refer visitors that apply to become a dealer. Dealer must be approved via a detailed business application. We pay a $100 bounty on any approved dealers you refer, plus a 1% override on all dealer sales forever.

The Rules...
Can I sell at a discount?
No. We don't want affiliates competing against each other in a discount war. If you mention product prices in your promotion, you must match the published prices at wineracksamerica.com. If you are interested in wholesaling directly to the public, check out our dealer program.
Can I advertise on PPC search listings?
Yes, with the exception of ads and keywords that use our branded company name and domain name. Such as wineracksamerica, wineracksamerica.com, or any combinations like:
[wine]+/-[rack(s)]+/-[of]+[america|amer|ofamer]
Our affiliate tracking system automatically disqualifies sales referred from paid search listings for any combination of these search terms. Also, if a user clicks on one of wineracksamerica's own ppc listings before purchasing, you don't get credit for that sale.
Can I direct link affiliate PPC search listings?
Affiliates may not 'direct link' affiliate urls from PPC ads, that is, your ppc traffic must pass through your own content via a user generated click (no automated redirects) before entering wineracksamerica.com.
Can I do email advertising?
Yes if your email list is generated from your own business (not purchased lists) and all users opted in. Any spam complaints are very serious. Any affiliate that sends spam (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...) we be immediately terminated from our affiliate program, their account permanently cancelled and all balances and residual commissions forfeited.
Any other important rules?
Your affiliate account and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertisements
(False claims, misleading hyperlinks)
- Spamming
- Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
- Violation of intellectual property rights.
- Registering Domain Names with wineracksamerica in them (eg discountwineracksamerica.com)
Good Advice
Don't accidentally do something that might get you suspended from the affiliate program. We designed the rules to help make the program clear, not to catch you off guard! Simply call us and ask if you're not sure of a specific rule or are doing something a little out of the norm and get an OK first.
What about taxes?
We cut you a check or send you a PayPal for the entire amount of your commissions with no taxes deducted. You are 100% responsible for declaring and filing your affiliate income with the IRS and/or appropriate Gov agencies. We may send you a year-end summary of earnings, but again, you are solely responsible for paying taxes.
Pending Orders
Our checkout process allows customers to place orders before making payment. Pending orders do not show up in your affiliate stats until the order payment is processed. When payment is received in full, the pending order becomes a final sale, and your affiliate account is credited for the order.
Signing Subaffiliates / Multiple Accounts
You may not create multiple affiliate accounts, chain together affiliate accounts or register yourself as any psuedo identity representing another partner, affiliate or subaffiliate, or your account will be closed.
